Acadience: Math Screener (Grades 1-3)
Beginning in the 2021-22 school year, students in grades 1-3 throughout the state will receive math screening testing at the beginning, middle, and end of the year.

Acadience Math is comprised of measures of early numeracy, computation, and problem-solving that function as indicators of the essential skills that every child must master in order to become proficient in mathematics.
Acadience Math assessments are:
standardized
reliable and valid
fast to administer and report
aligned with Common Core State Standards in mathematics
Alpine School District teachers will learn the following:
Identify gaps in early numeracy skills
Progress monitor math skills
Utilize data to drive instruction
