Please make sure you read the Disclosure Document and fill in the Google form at the end of the document to show you have read it. This needs to be done and will count on your student's grade as an assignment. This needs to be completed on or before August 31, 2025.

SUPPLY LIST

*  Charged Chromebook -issued by WMS
* Pencils – We require ALL work in the math booklets to be completed in pencil
*  Calculator – one is provided for classroom use, for home use a scientific calculator. (TI-30xs calculator is used in class)
*  Pocket Folder to hold Math Booklets and to organize math papers
* Earbuds that can be used with the WMS Chromebooks (optional)

Update your Skyward info. I will send home a Progress Report every week.  

Contrary to popular belief and suggestions (by students) we will update Skyward every Wednesday night and homework will be assigned each math day. Please check your student’s grade and help your student to check his or her own grades in Canvas and on Skyward, too. This helps them to take ownership of their grade. Skyward will always be the most accurate grade. Canvas weights some things differently.

Checklist to retake an EQ or an RQ:

• Must take in my classroom (Before school, after school or during Pride Time)

• Submitted all corresponding Practice assignments in Canvas  (90% or better)

• Re-worked all the problems missed on the test on another paper (Golden Ticket)

(Bring when you are going to re-take the test)
