Student Assignments
Instructor creates activity and assigns to students
2. Student opens the activity, uses the right section to find the document and click to open and work on it... If nothing was attached, the student can Add or create a new document/file too. Note, the system says the work is Assigned...
3. So now the student needs to click on the document, open it and write directly in it. When done he/she can click on TURN IN
4. The system reminds the student that the work will be handed in/submitted to the teacher. Student can't make changes after that happens unless he/she unsubmits the assignment. The students clicks on Hand in
5. After the work us submitted the system shows Handed in
6. Teacher(s) sees that work was Turned in
6. Teacher(s) can review, comment on and mark the work plus they can Return it to student
7. Student can see their work was marked and can open it to see teacher's comments
Google Calendar
For each class, you and your students share a calendar in Google Classroom and a calendar in your Google Calendar account. If you don't see any calendars for your classes, your administrator probably turned off Calendar for your account.
Calendar in Google Classroom (specific to each class)
Google Calendar (teacher and student will see assignments in their own calendars)
