State dues are payable in October and are late after October 31st. They are currently $20. A $5 late fee is imposed if dues are received after October 31.

To download the 2022-2024 Chapter Financial Forms, go to the right side of the Alpha Delta Kappa Home page and sign in (next to the basket. Go to the right side and click on "Members Only." Then click on "Resource Library." Next, clicl on the "Chapter Officers" tab. Go to the "Chapter Documents and Forms" column on the right side. Scroll down to the "Financial Forms" section and click on the "2022-2024 Chapter Financial Forms." You will be taken to a page that says Alpha Delta Kappa Website Documents." Click on "A∆K Chapter Financial Form 2024-2026." When the Excel sheets come up, click on "File" on the left side. On the page that comes up, click "Save As" on the left side. Then, click on "Download a Copy."
