2024-2026 Goals for
Sisters Charting a Path Together
1. Chart a path to engaging chapter meetings.
o Select interesting and varied topics.
o Invite meaningful and relevant speakers.
2. Chart a path through clear communication.
o Encourage all sisters to read the newsletters.
o Complete reports and forms on time.
o Send chapter minutes to the state president.
3. Chart a path to grow and sustain your membership.
o Invite teachers and administrators from your school.
o Reinstate former sisters.
o Contact scholarship recipients.
o Work to keep sisters involved in the activities they value.
4. Chart a path to promote AΔK through publications, newspapers, etc.
o Send news of honors and achievements of AΔK sisters to local newspapers.
o Send the same to the KAPPAN and the state newsletter.
5. Chart a path to AΔK leadership for yourself and your sisters.
o Develop leadership in all sisters through training.
o Encourage sisters to take state and/or committee leadership positions.
o Attend state conventions, SER conferences, and International conventions.
o Ask past state presidents to share their experiences as state president.
