By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Amanda Lacerda DMD PC. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates.

• Requests for feedback about your visit.

• Occasional notifications about office updates, promotions, or important announcements.

Frequency:

• Appointment-related messages: 1-3 messages per appointment.

• Feedback requests: 1 message per visit.

• Office updates/promotions: No more than 2 messages per month.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Opt-Out Instructions

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.
