Starting early
We are tired
Three authors in the room
Wondering, where do we begin
This wild writing journey
A poem to start the day
Goals and Agreements
Blind contours
How we will be
Goals for ourselves

Ego in jar...
What we did... got to know the writing self. Became poets. Laughed. Created some beautiful art. Reviewed journals, journal types, and editorial process. Deep dives and rabbit holes on plagiarism, AI, public health, and ego.
What I felt... wild, a bit like a kid in a candy store... How can we download decades of writing into just three days? What do people want and need?
What I noticed... some hesitancy in the beginning, is this lady real... some positive energy and laughs at the end. "I've never been to a workshop like this, there is no structure." Writing is a messy process. It's creative and ugly and embarrassing and empowering and invigorating and all-consuming if you do it right.
What I hope... I hope authors feel good about themselves and their ability to write and publish. I hope they feel supported, connected, inspired, and informed.

How well you manage your ego... pending, it's still in the jar.
