OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

We welcome and host both volunteers and staff from all over the world. You will be exposed to different cultures, social etiquette, and personalities. It is critical that regardless of who you meet or where you come from that you respect each individual, as well as their personal belongings. The organization adheres to a zero-tolerance policy around harassment (sexual or otherwise), violence, and theft. Please read our Code of Conduct before applying to volunteer. The Code of Conduct contains information on our policies around consensual relationships, alcohol consumption, and much more. All Hands and Hearts reserves the right to ask anyone who does not adhere to any element of our Code of Conduct, to leave the program.

BASE RULES

In addition to our organizational Code of Conduct, we have a set of base rules, which we ask all staff and volunteers to follow. We are living and working closely together, and it is important we have respect for one another at all times. These rules enable us to live and work together respectfully, and inclusively.

  • Only use facilities designated to your Bubble

  • Maintain social distancing with anyone outside of your bubble

  • All staff and volunteer must be on base no later than 9 pm

  • Lights out at 9 pm

  • No personal visitors allowed on the base

  • Do not go outside of AHAH designated area of Camp Bob

  • Respect Camp Bob's staff/guests that may use common ground(soccer field, outdoor areas, etc.)

  • No use of public transportation (including Uber/Lyft/buses etc.)

  • Tidy up after yourself

  • Be kind to each other
