Coach Smith graduated from Lockport Township High School in Lockport, IL in 2013. He played 4 seasons of collegiate baseball at the D3, NAIA, and JUCO levels. Upon graduation in 2019, Coach Smith began coaching as a Sophomore Asst Coach at Alleman High School. In 2021, Coach Smith became the Head Baseball Coach at Orion High School. While there, Coach Smith complied a 54-27 record while winning two Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC) West Conference Championships in 3 seasons. After the 2023 season, Coach Smith took the Head Baseball Coach job at Alleman High School. In his first year at Alleman, he led the Pioneers to 8 wins, which was the more than double the wins of the previous 2 seasons combined. In 2025, he led the Pioneers to a 27-10 record. In 2026, he led the Pioneers to a 21-16 record.

Coach Schnieder graduated from Alleman High School in 2021. Upon graduation, Coach Schnieder played baseball at Quincy University. After some injuries, he retired from baseball, and joined Coach Smith's coaching staff at Orion High School in 2023. Coach Schneider returned to his alma mater in 2024 to join Coach Smith's coaching staff. He is studying at Western Illinois University at Quad Cities to become a teacher. Coach Schneider serves as a Varsity Asst Coach.

Coach Noble graduated from Alleman High School in 2022. Coach Noble returned to his alma mater in 2024 to join Coach Smith's coaching staff. Coach Noble served as a Varsity Asst Coach for 2 seasons. Coach Noble moved into the Junior Varsity Head Coaching Position for the 2026 season. In the 2027 season, Coach Noble will serve as a Varsity Asst Coach.

Coach Bowker graduated from Alleman High School in 2020. Coach Bowker was a member of the state qualifying 2019 team. Coach Bowker's senior season was canceled, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He returned to his alma mater in 2025 to join Coach Smith's coaching staff. Coach Bowker serves as a Fresh/Soph Asst Coach.

Coach McHugh graduated from Palatine High School in 2016. Coach McHugh participated in football. Coach McHugh is a social studies teacher at Alleman. Coach McHugh serves as the Fresh/Soph Head Coach.

Coach Campbell graduated from Kewanee High School in 2020. Coach Campbell participated in baseball and basketball. Coach Campbell's senior season was canceled, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Coach Campbell is a social studies and science teacher at Alleman. Coach Campbell serves as a Fresh/Soph Asst Coach.

Coach Spriet graduated from Alleman in 2006. Coach Spriet was a member of the 2005 state qualifying baseball team and 2005 state qualifying football team. Coach Spriet also is involved as an assistant coach in the Junior Pioneers Football Organization. Coach Spriet returned to his alma mater in 2027 to join Coach Smith's coaching staff. Coach Spriet serves as a Varsity Asst Coach.
