The Alexander Central School District, a Local Educational Agency (LEA), participates in the American Rescue Plan (ARP). In accordance with federal and state requirements, the District has developed a plan for the use of ARP funds that complies with all applicable program guidelines, including consideration of the sustainability of programs and initiatives funded through ARP beyond the period of federal funding.
Consistent with ARP requirements, the District’s ARP plan was posted and made available for public review prior to finalization. The District provided an opportunity for public comment and encouraged feedback from stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community members. All public comments received were considered in the development and implementation of the final plan.
The public comment period closed on September 30, 2024, the final date on which ARP funds could be obligated.
All ARP-related plans, supporting documentation, and any subsequent updates will remain posted on this page for public access through September 30, 2027.
