Happy Fall! First of all, I want to thank you so much for all the support and love during the hurricane disaster! You truly encompassed what it takes to be a village in our community! We have been super busy this school year! WE have had a Fun Run, Fall Pictures, some field trips, and lots and lots of learning and growing!!
Bethlehem once again met growth on our State School Report Card and scored a "B". This is an awesome accomplishment in our state! We are growing and thriving here in our neck of the woods in Alexander County and the staff here is truly amazing with all the changes that have taken place district and school wide! Our children at Bethlehem do not even know how blessed they are to have such loving and truly awesome teachers!! Thank you parents for coming right along the teachers and partnering with them to grow our next generation of superstars!!!
Thank you for all your support and donations during the Fun Run! We are going to move forward with improvements around the school and on the playground!!
We look forward to a great year here at the village!!! If you need anything or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me!
Mrs. Reep
First- We have updated our transportation change. If you are wanting a change of transportation, please send in a written note the morning of the change. Due to safety reasons, we can no longer take phone call changes or Dojo messages. For our Early Release days, students will go home as normal, unless a handwritten note is provided for changes.
For absence procedures, you can refer to the Student handbook.
If it is an emergency change, you can email Janet Bolick or Jennifer Anderson about the change of transportation through the following emails: jbolick@alexander.k12.nc.us AND janderson@alexander.k12.nc.us
Second--In order to protect instructional time with our precious students and to prepare the school and parking lots for safe dismissal, we ask that you do not check out your child from school after 3:00pm. Please wait in the car line to ensure that we have all children safely to their destinations in the afternoon.
