About Me

¡Hola! My name is Leah Sacra and I love the Spanish language and Latino/Hispanic culture. I grew up in Perú, South America and returned to the United States to attend college. I attended Berea College in Berea, KY and majored in Spanish and Psychology. My amazing husband and I live in Taylorsville and have three awesome kids and three adorable dogs. I am crazy about llamas and alpacas. One look at my classroom gives that away! I enjoy crafting, traveling, working with the youth at my church and singing at my church.

I love teaching at Alexander Central High School and am looking forward to a fun year. In addition to teaching Spanish, I'm also a Student Council Co-Adviser at Alexander Central High School. I'm proud and blessed to work in such supportive and caring community.
