Instrument Loan Contract

This is a Instrument Loan Contract for the current school year. This will be filled out by Ms. Holman, the student, and parent. It states that the instrument will be returned by June 25th unless student signs summer loan contract. The instrument will be returned in the present condition when loaned and not damaged. If it is damaged through ill will, student and parent will be responsible for paying for the damages.
