Tyler Bever 

My name is Tyler Bever, and I am currently working as an IT Operations Intern under Nat Thongchai and Eric Wheeler in division 740. So far during my internship, I have been primarily focused on setting up phones, provisioning computers, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues faced by employees. In addition to my main daily tasks, I have had the opportunity to learn about Aldridge's computer networks, which has helped improve my networking skills. Furthermore, I have worked with Chris Henning to gain a deeper understanding of how Active Directory is utilized within the company’s IT infrastructure. Alongside learning about Active Directory, I have also been able to explore how Aldridge utilizes emerging technologies like Starlink to improve company productivity. Overall, this summer, I’ve felt like I’ve been learning a lot and can’t wait to utilize these new skills in a future career.
