Joseph Moreno

Hi my name is Joseph Moreno my major is construction management I go to Fullerton community college. My favorite hobbies are playing the guitar, reading books, cooking and going to the gym. My hometown is Covina California. A little bit about cooking I grew up eating a lot of Mexican food and that inspired me to cook food. I bake cakes and donuts and went to culinary school to learn the fundamentals of cooking. I love prepping and presenting a dish it’s like project management but with flavors you can touch and taste. I self taught myself to play the guitar during the pandemic in a way to not get bored and understand music at a much more deeper meaning.
