Ryan Atkinson 

Hello, my name is Ryan Atkinson and I'm part of the 532 division in the Des Plaines office working under Mark Rechlicz. I am currently working on a CTA maintenance facility on 63rd street in the south side of Chicago. Fun fact, O-block is on the other side of the fence at my jobsite which you can see in one of the pictures below. I have been out to the jobsite a couple of times in the past couple of weeks but was not able to make it out there this week. Although I did get the opportunity to tour the UCP concrete plant in Morris, Illinois on Thursday.

Most of my time I spend in the office assisting my mentor with tasks such as performing takeoffs, creating spreadsheets, and printing drawings. I have learned a lot so far in this internship and am excited for the next month!
