Holly Anderson 

Hi everyone! My name is Holly Anderson and I am working under Ryan Rathman in Division 532, mainly on the Woodridge Wastewater Treatment Plant. I have been splitting my days between the Des Plaines office and actually being on site. Over the past month, I have been working on a variety of things including submitting monthly photos, creating Work Plans, completing Safety Nets, tracking ship tickets, making As-Builts, contacting suppliers, managing a work tracker, and more. In addition, I have done a little work on the Metra BNSF project, another one of Ryan's projects that is in the pre-planning phase. It is amazing that I have been able to see the different stages of Project Management, from determining a budget to seeing a live concrete pour, in just a month. 

I have really enjoyed working with Griffin, another College Intern, and Joe Herman, the Assistant Project Manager on the Woodridge Wastewater Project. I can't believe it has already been over a month here, and I can't wait to keep learning more the rest of the summer!
