Sign in
On your computer, go to gmail.com.
Enter your AlderGrange Account email address or phone number and password.
If information is already filled in and you need to sign in to a different account, click Use another account.
If you see a page describing Gmail instead of the sign-in page, click Sign in in the top-right corner of the page.
Tip: If you're signing in to a public computer, make sure that you sign out before leaving the computer. Find out more about securely signing in.
Change your Gmail settings
You can:

Select which emails you're notified about
Change other settings
Find settings & make changes
On your computer, go to Gmail.
In the top right, click Settings See all settings.
At the top, choose a settings page, such as General, Labels or Inbox.
Make your changes.
After you've finished with each page, click Save changes at the bottom.

Customise your inbox view
Expand or shrink your inbox
Change how spacious or compact you want your inbox view. In the top right, click Settings Display density.
Tip: If you choose Default, you'll get a preview of your attachments from your inbox.
Show or hide the menu
To make room for previewing your email, you can expand or shrink your inbox view by clicking Menu .
View Calendar, Tasks, Keep & Add-ons
You can now use Google Calendar, Keep, Tasks and Add-ons while in Gmail.
To the right of your inbox, click these icons:
Calendar : view your daily schedule, click events to edit them, create new events and jump to upcoming events.
Keep : create checklists and take notes.
Tasks : add to-do's and deadlines.
Add-ons : get extra Gmail tools to help manage your email.

Send emails & attachments confidentially
Turn on Confidential mode to protect sensitive messages and documents. You can now:
Set an expiry date
Require a passcode
Prevent forwarding, downloading, copying and pasting
