Financial Math

Class Description: I like to call Financial Math, Adulting 101. We will look at budgeting, taxes, insurance and entrepreneurship just to name a few topics.

Everything will be posted in Google Classroom.

Grading Policy:

I will be using the District wide Standards Based Grading (SBG) scale. The scale is as follows:

4- Fully meets

3- Progressing

2- Developing

1- Limited Progress

0- No Evidence

Retake Policy:

A student can retake a summative assessment up two weeks after the original, but all prior formative assessments (HW, etc) must be completed (to an acceptable level) prior to the retake.
A conversation will take place over the previous summative assessment so the student knows exactly what needs to be fixed, changed, etc.
