Albion College supports and assists its regular employees plan for their retirement by offering a 403(b) retirement plan that is administered by TIAA.
Salaried staff and faculty are immediately eligible for an employer contribution without a required or matching employee contribution.
Employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) are eligible to participate in the plan and receive an employer contribution with a required or matching employee contribution
6% of base salary current employer contribution for eligible employees
All regular employee are able to make voluntary contributions on a pre-tax or after-tax (Roth) basis via payroll deduction.
