SOAP are passionate about supporting our children's wonderful teachers and support staff. We allocate an annual budget of £250 per class (£500 per school year) as 'class budgets' for teachers to spend on items that might otherwise not be afforded. We hope that our teachers never have to consider paying for classroom supplies from their own pocket. The preference is that class budgets are used for very special treats or for items that will be used for years to come, rather than consumables which the school will always provide.

Accessing Class Budgets
To access your class budget, please download and complete the attached form.
Send a copy to the school office: albertps@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk
CC to SOAP: hello@albertrdsoap.org
School Management team will review and if approved, the request will be reviewed at the next SOAP meeting.
If marked urgent School Management may choose to seek the approval of SOAP before the next scheduled meeting.
Items should preferably be procured by school and then receipts reimbursed by SOAP. Where agreed by the school, teachers may purchase approved items and then claim receipted items back from SOAP.
