I am a contractor that has worked with the defence sector as well as oil and gas.  I have graduated with a B.Sc in computer science as well as a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering.  I have over 15 years of project management experience with electrical product design, mobile ad hoc communication networks, as well as Internet of Things (IoT).

I enjoy the night sky and my hobby is astrophotography.

My wife is a born and raised Calgarian, and we have lived in the Hamptons for over 26 years.  We have two children that are in or just entering post secondary education, and have two cats.

I am a Western Canadian.

I was born in Manitoba, and have moved with my family all over western Canada due to job availability in the mining community.   Within Alberta, I have lived in Fort McMurray, St.Albert, and Calgary, so I know Alberta.

I have volunteered as a board member with Autism Calgary Association and am keenly aware of the issues kids and parents face with the lifecycle of an individual on the spectrum.

I am a worker in the gig economy.  I am familiar with the issues gig economy workers face, especially the uncertainty around employment, taxes, and continuity of benefits. 

I am running to be your provincial representative in Calgary-Edgemont to ensure a more balanced approach as compared to the polarized politics of the past.  I will be advocating for  pragmatic economic and social policies for Albertans.
