IMPORTANT: IF I DO NOT HAVE A PURCHASE ORDER OR CHECK FOR ALL OF YOUR ENTRIES BY THE DEADLINE NONE OF THEM WILL BE SCHEDULED.
IMPORTANT: ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS EVEN IF THE STUDENT BACKS OUT OR BECOMES ILL.
PAYMENT MUST BE WITH EITHER A PURCHASE ORDER OR A PERSONAL CHECK FROM THE MUSIC TEACHER (ONE CHECK FOR ALL OF YOUR ENTRIES). NO CHECKS FROM PARENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
