Does a fund that your program, student organization or team cares about have a challenge gift? This means a community member (or a group of them) have offered to give a huge donation to the fund you care about (and that they care about too!) if a certain number of donors joins them. 

Tell your audience about the challenge and keep them updated on how close they are in unlocking the big donation.
