To support your apprentices, keep up with the dates and deadlines for UAA: https://www.uaa.alaska.edu/students/registration/

The drop deadline is important for apprentices. Apprentices may drop classes up until the drop deadline with no penalty. Consider checking in with apprentices two days before the drop deadline.
The withdrawal deadline is also important. Apprentices can withdraw up to the deadline and get a W on their transcript. Consider checking in with apprentices the week before the withdrawal deadline.
Finals are the week before classes end. Checking in with apprentices right before finals would be great so you can see if they need anything for finals.
