What is Party in the Gulch?
On September 1st the Student Leadership and Involvement Office hosted our first virtual Party in the Park! SLI has decided to host a second club fair during Starvation Gulch, Party in the Gulch, to give students another opportunity to meet with active clubs on campus! Join us on Discord on October 1st from 11am-2pm.
How it Works
Welcome to the very first Party in the Gulch! Just like Party in the Park, Party in the Gulch is a chance for students to connect with active student organizations and get involved on campus! Join the Party in the Gulch Discord server at https://discord.gg/XHRSk4 on October 1st from 11am-2pm. Active student clubs wil have a text and voice channel where you can find information about the club and chat with current members!
Register a Club
Are you an officer of a club?
Have you completed the Officer Training Quiz for each officer, and filled out the Account Signer form? (you must be signed in with your UA credentials to fill out both of these forms). If you are a new club that wants to register, you must register an organization on the Engage website with your constitution and bylaws, along with the two forms previously stated.
If you have completed all of these steps, then you are eligible to participate in Party in the Gulch! To sign your club up, please register on Engage and join the Discord server here! https://discord.gg/XHRSk4
Reminders: At least one club member must be online with video on at all times from 11am - 2pm. This helps make it easier for people interested in the club to talk with you, learn about the club, and make a connection.
