Task 1: Local Resource Catalog

Lots of schools and communities have a lot of old print, audio, and visual relevant local resources that are spread out throughout the school and community.  Your task is to locate and organize these resources into one place or “cataloged/document” for the teachers and/or para professionals in your school to use. 

Your Local Resource Catalog also needs to include a list of community members who are willing to meet with students. Turn in the electronic version of your catalog to Canvas as part of your module completion report. If possible, make a hard copy for your school.  



Task 2: Share your catalog at a staff meeting

Share your Local Resource Catalog at a staff meeting where para-professionals are included. Ask for their feedback.
