In the text it is not clear that the equations we presented were an approximation that is correct when delta t is relatively large. Readers could mistake the equations as an exact solution (generally only solvable numerically), which becomes increasingly incorrect as delta t decreases (temporal resolution of the movement data decreases). We clarify in this addendum.

Although the publisher provided all the matlab files used to run the smoother, they renamed them so they can no longer reference each other, rendering the code non-functional. This package contains the original file names and internal cross referencing.
