In the text it is not clear that the equations we presented were an approximation that is correct when delta t is relatively large. Readers could mistake the equations as an exact solution (generally only solvable numerically), which becomes increasingly incorrect as delta t decreases (temporal resolution of the movement data decreases). We clarify in this addendum.
