Register by February 20th for FREE poster printing and guaranteed feedback on your poster! Registration closes on February 25th. All presenters are welcome to join for FREE dinner and bowling at the Wood Center from 5:30 to 7:30 following the event. Snacks will also be provided at the symposium!
Poster Information
The free poster printing will be 4 ft wide by 3 ft tall. Each student will have a poster board that is 8 ft wide by 3 ft tall to accommodate larger personally printed posters.
We have created a poster template here, if you would like to use it.
We will be reaching out shortly with poster board assignments, and more details on poster setup.
Free Poster Instructions
UAF Design Services will be printing all posters for students who requested free poster printing.
When your poster is ready for printing:
Export your file as a PDF in your desired final output size (48" x 36")
Fill out this online form.
Select standard paper
Call Design Services (907) 474-7146 after uploading to confirm your poster file was received
After submitting your poster to Design Services, you will receive a digital proof to review.
Design Services is open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 208 Elvey Building.
