Registration will open at the beginning of the spring semester.
Poster Information
The free poster printing will be 4 ft wide by 3 ft tall. Each student will have a poster board that is 8 ft wide by 3 ft tall to accommodate larger personally printed posters.
We have created a poster template here, if you would like to use it.
We will reach out before the symposium with poster assignments and setup instructions.
Free Poster Instructions
UAF Design Services will be printing all posters for students who requested free poster printing. After registering, you will receive an email from Claire Bachand (clbachand@alaska.edu) with a Fund/Org to use when printing your poster.
When your poster is ready for printing:
Export your file as a PDF in your desired final output size (48" x 36")
Fill out this online form.
Select standard paper
Call Design Services (907) 474-7146 after uploading to confirm your poster file was received
After submitting your poster to Design Services, you will receive a digital proof to review.
Design Services is open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 208 Elvey Building.
