Based in Zambia, our NGO is dedicated to driving positive, sustainable change within communities by upholding the core values of Safety, Quality, Teamwork, and Sustainability. We work to create safe environments where individuals—especially women, children, and marginalized groups—are protected, empowered, and given equal opportunities to thrive. Through high-quality programs in health, education, economic empowerment, and environmental stewardship, we aim to deliver real, measurable impact that improves lives today and builds a foundation for a stronger tomorrow.
At the heart of our work is a belief in collaboration. We foster teamwork by partnering with local communities, leaders, government, and other organizations to design and implement solutions that reflect the unique needs of those we serve. Our long-term commitment to sustainability ensures that our projects are not just reactive but transformational—addressing root causes and building local capacity for lasting progress. Whether through training, advocacy, or hands-on initiatives, we are driven by a mission to uplift Zambian communities and contribute meaningfully to national and global development goals.
Our organization is guided by a dedicated and experienced Board of Directors committed to ensuring strong governance, accountability, and strategic direction. Leading the board is Patricia Ndhlovu, who serves as Chairperson, bringing visionary leadership and a wealth of experience in community development. She is supported by Emmy Mwalongo, the Vice Chairperson, whose passion for social impact strengthens our outreach and advocacy efforts. Meddie Mzyece, serving as Secretary, plays a key role in coordinating board functions and maintaining transparent communication across all organizational levels.
The day-to-day operations are managed by a skilled and passionate management team. At the helm is Peggy Nhlema, the Executive Director, who oversees the implementation of programs and drives the organization’s mission forward with strategic insight and strong leadership. She is supported by John Mphanza, our Finance Officer, who ensures financial integrity and accountability across all projects. Kelvin Iputu, the Programmes Officer, coordinates and delivers on-the-ground initiatives, working closely with communities to ensure our interventions are impactful, relevant, and sustainable. Together, the board and management team work in harmony to uphold our values and bring lasting change to the communities we serve in Zambia.
