After School Activities Sessions

Most after School athletics/activities generally meet one time per week for 40-60 minutes over the course of a 9 week trimester. 

Middle School WAISAL sport teams generally meet two times a week over a trimester. Each practice session is 1 ½ hours. High School WAISAL sport teams generally meet three times over a trimester. Each practice session is 1 ½ hours.

School plays and productions  meet 2-3 times per week over a trimester as well.
