Important Information for Parents

Season 3 CCA (Co-Curricular Activities) starts Monday, 16 February 2026, and we look forward to 10 weeks of new and popular activities.

For ES & MS Sports, please order your sports kit & swimming costumes and caps, via our online shop https://endurafit.co.za/. Orders take between 10-14 working days, so order as soon as possible in time for the start of Season 1 fixtures.

Dress Code

• Volleyball - Shorts, t-shirt & trainers - see above regarding uniform.

• Swim academy & learn to swim - Costume, cap, goggles, and towel. 

• Soccer / football - Shorts, t-shirts, soccer boots & shin pads - see above regarding uniform.

• Tennis Academy - PE clothing. If you don't have a racquet, the coaches will provide.

• Golf Academy - Comfortable clothing, the coach will provide golf clubs if you don't have them.

• All other activities - Comfortable PE clothing, trainers or specific attire to the activity. 

As with all sports and activities, please ensure you send a hat, sunscreen (if outside), water bottle and extra healthy snacks. 

**Payments**

Payments will no longer be paid to school but will need to be made directly to the outside provider. They will invoice you and send payment instructions. Only swim academy will be invoiced by AISJ and you will pay the school on receipt of the invoice.

**Commitment to Sports Teams**

Athletes are required to attend all team practices. If your child is unable to attend a practice, please inform the coaches in good time. For more information about our student-athlete code of conduct and agreements, click HERE.

**Transport**

Buses for CCAs run as follows:

Johannesburg Campus:

MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY -  3pm, 4pm & 5pm (3pm & 5pm only for Pretoria based students)

WEDNESDAY 1:45pm, 3pm

Pretoria Campus:

MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY -  3pm, 4:30pm.

WEDNESDAY 1:45pm, 3pm.

If your child takes school transport to school then they will be able to take the buses home after their activity has finished. The ES students will be accompanied to the buses at the end of the lesson by the coaches, usually 15 minutes before the buses leave. Coaches will release the MS & HS students 10 minutes before the buses leave to ensure they don't miss their transport home.

If you are collecting your child, please be in the parent parking area (outside Gould's & Pool parking) 15 mins before the activity finishes.

**Dates**

Season 3 - 16 February 2026 - 9 May 2026 (11 weeks).

Activities run as normal, even if we have inclement weather. Coaches have a wet-weather program that will be run while in a safe indoor space.
