• Registration for CCA Season 2 will open at 12:00 pm on Monday, 6 October, and close at 11:59 pm on Saturday, 18 October 2025.

  • We are adding descriptions of all CCAs on the specific web pages this week. Please continue to check back in for updated information.

• To register, please sign into PowerSchool and follow the instructions below:

• Click on the "CCA" icon towards the bottom of the navigation column on the left, and you will be directed to the AISJ Co-Curricular Indemnification & Participation Agreement. Please check your information on Powerschool, and if it is all in order, accept, and you will be directed to the SchoolsBuddy system.

• You may be directed to the SchoolsBuddy homepage. DO NOT type in your email address and password. Please click the "POWERSCHOOL" button on this page. This will log you in automatically to SchoolsBuddy. 

• Click ‘Choose’ under your child's name.

• Click on the day of the week and the options available, with descriptions of the activities, venue, and times,  will appear.

• Check the checkbox to select the activity. Please note if there is mandatory training on more than one day, a pop-up message will appear. Please click ‘OK’ to continue.

• Click ‘next’ on the top left corner. All activities selected will appear.

• Changes can be made during the registration period only. Click ‘Edit choices’ and select new activity.

• Submit to school.

• PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an email confirming your CCA selections. YOU WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE PLACED IN THOSE SELECTIONS. You will receive a second email once registration closes confirming which activities have been ALLOCATED to your student. This is the final confirmation of your CCA allocation.
