TRANSPORTATION

1.- From Bilbao airport

To the right of the arrivals terminal is the ticket counter. Pay for a ticket (later it will be reimbursed with the rest of the travel expenses). Take the only line that goes from the Airport to Bilbao A3247 and stop at "MOYUA PLAZA", it is two stops from the airport. From the bus stop you can see the metro entrance.

Go to the subway and continue with the following indications.

2.- From the Bilbao bus or train station

Go to the metro following the signs (both are marked "Metro Bilbao"). Pay a single ticket for 2 zones (later it will be reimbursed with the rest of the travel expenses). Take LINE 2 towards "KABIEZES" and stop at "PORTUGALETE".

3. By private transport

Go to the location of the main accommodation provided on the map above (at the start of the document) Parking in the municipality of Portugalete is free

4.- Other connections

The organization will contact people who arrive at different locations or times to facilitate their arrival.

REFUND

The participants will receive an amount of European aid as a contribution to their travel expenses. This amount has been previously informed and agreed with the parties following the criteria and conditions of the ERASMUS+ program.

The payment of the aid will be conditioned to the presentation of the travel documents.

A.-Displacement in a private vehicle:

A sworn statement will be submitted indicating: route, vehicle registration and round trip dates. The toll or refueling vouchers will also be attached (In case of lack of vouchers, provide an accommodation bill).

B.- Travel by plane:

Boarding passes.

Itinerary provided by the company, containing the dates of the trip and the price of the flight.

Charge in account of the payment of the flight. (In the event that the payment is made by someone other than the

beneficiary, is presented in the same way)

C.- Travel by train, bus or other means of transport: Submit ticket (copy or original)

These vouchers (those of the one-way trip especially) will be delivered to the leaders of each country.
