Technology has resolved the issue where iPads were opening an old version of Imagine’s app they no longer support, called “Imagine Learning.” What was happening was that the Imagine Español tile in Rapid ID was opening this unsupported app, instead of the supported current app called “Imagine Learning Student.” Technology sent commands to uninstall the unsupported app “Imagine Learning” from all district iPads, which resolved the issue.
