PLEASE NOTE: Registration for the summit is at capacity and now closed. If you have already registered (and have confirmation), please make sure you've booked your room. If you have not registered, we look forward to welcoming you next year! 

The block of rooms at the Park Plaza Hotel is sold out.

We have a few rooms left at the Mercure / Ibis Hotel near the Budapest castle (2 hotels literally in the same building). The following room rates include breakfast and taxes: 

MERCURE: Booking Link

Single – 115 EUR / room/ night

Double – 129 EUR / room/ night

IBIS: Booking Link

Single – 99 EUR / room/ night

Double – 113 EUR / room/ night

We will send a bus to both hotels each morning for pick up. You are also welcome to choose other options. Just be sure to make your way to the Park Plaza Hotel or the Mercure/Ibis if you'd like to take the bus to school. 

Transportation

• Participants are responsible for securing their own visas if needed. Hungary is part of the EU and the Schengen Area. If you need a letter of invitation, please contact Tami Canale at tcanale@aisb.hu.

• Budapest's airport is called Liszt Ferenc Airport and is easy to navigate. Please see our city information for details.

• A bus will pick up from both hotels every morning. If you are staying at another location, please make your way to the Park Plaza or the Mercure / Ibis before the pick up time.  

• Alternatively, you can take a taxi to school. The address is: American International School of Budapest, Nagykovácsi út 12,  2094 Nagykovácsi. Please bring your ID.
