ASSESSMENT TASK 2 - TEST

This assessment task examines the students' knowledge of data representation in computer systems. It examines the outcomes:

• 1.1.1 Binary systems
• 1.1.2 Hexadecimal
• 1.1.3 Data storage
• 1.3.5 Memory, storage devices and media (only: calculate the storage requirement of a file)

The students' knowledge for this assessment task is built from active learning with converting filetypes to compare size and quality, and the theory gained from the textbook, videos and classroom.
