Benito Chen Charpentier is currently a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Texas at Arlington. He has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the National University of Mexico and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the California Institute of Technology. His research interests are Mathematical Modeling, Mathematical Biology, and Numerical Analysis.
