Week 2-4: Classroom observations:
Classroom observations by Instructional Coach, SD
Coaching meetings by IC/SD W1-W4 (up to 2X a week)
Week 4: Reflection by Staff and IC/SD
Coaching meetings following observations
Staff completes self-reflection, reviewed by the Instructional Coach and Site Director
Week 5: Celebration + Evaluation Conversations
By the Site Director, supported by IC and SSS
