STEM Materials
STEM Materials
Instructional Coaches should manage all STEM materials.
Based on the grouping in the grade-level materials lists (STEM 6 - STEM 7 - STEM 8 - STEM 9), please distribute STEM materials to the classroom the previous week
Any marked not provided, coordinate with the teacher and SD to gather in advance
NOTE: Some might need to be purchased such as eggs
If you need additional STEM materials, email scha@aimhigh.org by Thurs. each week with the following information

At the end of the summer, inventory all items using the inventory list included in the STEM boxes and return all STEM materials, except disposables, in the condition it was received
e.g. clean mason jars, containers, etc. before returning

ICs should preview all math lessons/videos and lab setups/procedures in advance then check in with Lead Teachers during their prep the day before their lesson, not day of
Answer any questions they might have
Provide support as need (this might be going over the math lesson with them, setting up the labs with them, leading the math activity for them, being in class during their lesson to provide support, etc.)
All Lab/Math days are identified on the curriculum calendar (STEM 6 - STEM 7 - STEM 8 - STEM 9)
