Dancer Drop Off Instructions

Dancers will need to be checked in at our "Check-In Table". This table will have a vertical sign next to it to show you which table to check in at. Check-in times are listed below for each show time. Our staff will start promptly at the indicated time. This allows us time between shows to transition backstage to prepare for the upcoming show. 

Dancer Pick Up Instructions

After the last dance routine, all dancers will return to the stage for a final bow. Please stay seated during this time, to not disrupt photos and videos. Once the final curtain has closed, the adult who is on file with our studio for the dancer, should come to the dressing room to pick up the dancer. Once the dancer has been located in the dressing room and their things have been gathered, please make your way to the checkout table in the dressing room to check out your dancer. This is part of our safety protocols and also where your dancer will receive their, end of the season, gift. 

Parking Details

You should park at the front of the school and use the stairs and/or ramp to access the building. Our AIM Team and the venue staff park in other areas, as we enter in the very early morning hours. That entrance is for staff only.
