To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all dancers, please read following guidelines:
Dancer Drop-Off: Please drop off your dancer at the designated backstage area. This information will be told to you during check-in.
Parent Departure: We begin seating at the same time as dancer check-in so you will want to promptly return to the lobby to find your seat in the audience.
Emergency Contact: If an emergency arises, we will make an announcement over the microphone.
Labeling Belongings: Please label all personal belongings, including costumes, shoes, and accessories, with your dancer’s name. This helps us return any lost items.
Thank you for your cooperation. We appreciate your understanding and support in creating a positive and organized backstage environment.
We want to begin by thanking you ALL for volunteering to help our dancers backstage. We would not be able to put on our AIMazing Recitals without all of the support from our wonderful 🖤💚 Assistant Teachers 💚🖤!
We love having you to help us with entertaining and walking with dancers to and from stage. Having your familiar faces in the dressing room and backstage helps calm a lot of nerves for our younger dancers and we appreciate them beyond words.
Assistant Teachers should arrive at 9:00am if staying all day or 30 minutes prior to the show their class is in. This will allow us to get everyone in their positions before dancers start checking in for that show. Please let us know ASAP if your dancer is not planning to attend any or all of the shows.
They should bring a refillable water bottle labeled with their name and snacks & pack a lunch if they will be there all day.
Please fill out the RSVP form below so we know which assistant teachers to expect for each show by Monday, October 27th.
