• Be in possession of a Bachelor, Architecture, Higher or Technical Degree, Bachelor Diploma or another equivalent degree;

• Be a student currently pursuing a university degree or equivalent higher education;

• Be a professional that aims for career projection and/or has enough experience in their field of study.

• The document needs to be written in English;

• Contain your personal information (full name, mother's maiden name, passport number, permanent address, citizenship), and the university's information (name, address) must be exact, meaning that it is corresponding to travel documents;

• Name of the master program (course name);

• The exact graduation date must be specified at least to the month (YYYY-MM). Your graduation date must be at least 1 month later than the projected end date of your internship;

• The Student Certificate can not be signed more than 3 months before your projected internship start date;

• Should have the official stamp of your university and signature with blue pen.

• Ask for an e-mail (mentioning the previous requirements) with the attachment of the soft copy of the SC (pdf format)

• The e-mail should state:

• ‘As per the attached student status certification, I hereby certify that <your name> is a student of our institution enrolled in <your course>, from which they will have a projected graduation date of <YYYY/MM>'

• Confirm your student status is active, and will be for the full duration of your internship

• The email must be sent from their official university e-mail address (e.g.first.last@university.org)
  
  

Once you have both (soft copy & email in pdf format), it has to be printed in color and provided to AIESEC when you arrive in Hungary.
