Assess the current financial state of AIESEC in Moi University. From your findings, is AIESEC in Moi a sustainable entity? Give reasons to support your answer.
Budgeting as a skill is an essential tool with which to steer the entity to sustainability.
a) In light of this, how would you ensure proper budget execution and tracking?
b) Create a budget for the 1st quarters of term 22/23 and give a detailed brief on how budgeted costs and revenues would be realized without placing AIESEC in Moi at financial risk.
Discuss AIESEC in Moi's revenue streams using the LC Budget Tool as a guide, and give ways in which we as an entity can bolster our revenue streams in synergy with other portfolios.
Grants may act as a complementary source of funds for AIESEC in Moi.

1) Conduct a detailed SWOT analysis of all our EwA products and using an empathy map, highlight the various customer pain points you have discovered.
2) Collaborations are an essential tool for the success of our EwA initiatives. In view of this statement:
a) Explain on how you plan to leverage collaborations at the local, national and international level with a view to ensuring the success of our EwA initiatives.
b) Deduce from past collaborations and give a detailed explanation of what worked and what didn't work.
c) Create a value proposition for each of the EwA initiatives detailing past performances and roadmaps you have for them for prospective collaborators.
3) With regards to expansion goals, explain how you would achieve the following
a) Maximum community engagement across our different satellite campuses. Attach an engagement plan for the first quarter of your term whilst justifying each engagement activity proposed with relevant data from your research.
b) Translation of EwA delegates into the ELD pipeline. Outline lead measures that will enable you reach this goal.
c) Financial sustainability of the LC through our different EwA initiatives.
4) National synergies are the necessary tool for wider impact. In view of this:
a) Justify the existence of national EwA initiatives eg H4TF and Youth Month.
b) Suggest what you would like to start, stop and continue in your term with regards to the execution of such national events.
c) Explain what you understand by H4TF.
5) Make a market research with at least 4 potential partners for UjuziHub. Explain why you chose them, what kind of partners they would come in as and what your approach would be. (Attach a proposal of the same in PDF format to your application).
6)How do you plan on ensuring that our initiatives grow as brands, stand out and deliver the impact they were created for?
