Application Criteria
The Interested Candidates Should Meet The Following Requirements:
Satisfy a basic understanding of AIESEC knowledge
Has worked previously as part of an organizing committee within the entity
Display understanding of the local & national compendium
Been an active member of AIESEC in Moi with a good understanding of its realities
Should not have the intention of getting a full-time job unless one which is part of the school program

● Strategic and analytical thinking: able to understand the bigger picture and clearly identify the workable solutions for achieving them.
● Seeing the connections and interdependencies between processes and elements in order to reach the overall goals. Being able to create strategies and directions with a strong connection to the needs and opportunities coming from the current state and trends.
● Effective communication: clearly conveying and receiving messages (feedback, opinions, written/verbal communication, etc.) to meet the needs of all parties involved.
● Result orientation: knowing what results are important, and focusing resources to achieve them.
● Self-awareness: having a balanced and honest view of one's own personality.
● Flexibility: being able to adjust easily to changes and new conditions, in order to be able to perform in diverse environments.
● Stakeholder focus and relationship management: identifying key internal and external customers; working with them to understand their requirements and concerns in order to generate value-based partnerships and relationships.
● Self-management skills: the ability to manage personal workload efficiently, and to meet deadlines.
● Emotionally intelligent: the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.
Job Responsibilities
Setting direction for the organization in line with its nature and purpose, taking into account the general direction of the organization Locally, Nationally, globally and in consultation and liaison with the Members.
Coordination of the activities of the Members as well as ensuring their stability and development.
Communicating with and seeking advice from the Patron, Board of Advisors and the Partner Group of Companies.
Represent AIESEC Moi at all national legislative meetings and any other national/international meetings to which it may have been invited to attend.
Ensuring that mandates of the Local meetings in respect of the Executive Board are complied with in full.
