General Roles
Ensure the sustainability of the LC and synergize with all other functions.
Ensure to align their operations with the OD model of AIESEC in Sri Lanka.
Ensure to plan and conduct activities to achieve the long-term goals of the LC.
Ensure the growth and development of respective team members, and understand their roles and potentials.
Conduct team operations in a timely manner. i.e. functional inductions, training, and LB appointments.
Represent and promote the vision of AIESEC, AIESEC in USJ, and AIESEC in Sri Lanka.
Implement local and national strategies.
Enrich the culture, values, and behavior of the LC and its members towards a positive environment.
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and legality of the entity.
Maintain and improve competency levels by participating in training, entity coaching sessions, and consultancy spaces.
Note: During the term, specific roles may extend beyond the given scope.
Ensuring the financial sustainability of the LC through raising of External Relations.
Sustaining existing partnerships of the LC and ensuring the sustainability of new partnerships.
Maintaining BD related documentation and with proper usage of CRM tool.
Conducting Market Research to evaluate potential partners.
Implementing product innovation whilst synergizing between LCP & other LCVPs.
Maintaining connections between corporate stakeholders and the LC.
Providing support, knowledge, and training for the LC events and for membership in general.
Synergize with Finance and Front Office functions to develop sustainable partnerships.
Managing financial activities of the LC.
Preparing and Maintaining Accounting/bookkeeping material and financial proofs as well as maintaining accounting standards and practices.
Preparing relevant financial records and reports.
Planning and subsequently updating budgets for all relevant activities of the LC.
Conducting and assisting in internal and external audit activities.
Developing action plans to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the LC.
Ensuring that the operations and activities of the LC are conducted legally and according to LC Compendium, MC Compendium, and Sri Lankan Law.
Assessing and investing in advantageous Investment opportunities for the LC.
Executing marketing campaigns and content creation for AIESEC Products.
Implementing and tracking online paid promotion campaigns of the LC.
Managing Content Delivery of Online events.
Handling analytics and information management of the LC.
Handling the implementation of technical tools for the LC.
Synergizing with oGX and iCX functions to develop sustainable marketing strategies.
Managing Internal and External Communications of the LC, including but not limited to Brand management, LC event pages, and national pages.
Synergizing with DXP to implement marketing strategies for the LC.
Managing the content creation process and the content creation talent of the LC.
Executing marketing campaigns of the LC.
Developing sustainable marketing strategies to improve the PR of the entity.
Providing support, knowledge, and training for LC events and for membership in general.
Developing and maintaining a positive culture within the entity.
Managing the recruitment process and ensuring the development and growth of the members.
Assisting the appointments of event OC’s and other integrated team working experiences.
Ensuring proper implementation of the TM process.
Maintaining performance trackers.
Conducting member reviews and enforcing membership policies.
Ensuring the PR Presence of the LC by increasing brand awareness.
Building Partnerships with stakeholders in order to improve AIESEC in USJ’s presence.
Maintaining PR related documentation.
Conducting Market Research to evaluate potential trends.
Implementing EwA innovations whilst synergizing between LCP & other LCVPs.
Maintaining connections between external stakeholders and the LC.
Providing support, knowledge, and training for the LC events and for membership in general.
Synergize with BD, Marketing, and Front Office functions to improve the PR of the entity.
Managing all iGTa & iGTe functional activities and its membership.
Building B2B partnerships and sustaining previous and new partnerships.
Ensuring proper value delivery process and the quality of the exchanges.
Ensuring implementation of process standards.
Creating strategic plans and implementing GCPs to achieve sustainable growth in iGTa & iGTe operations accordingly to OD model of AIESEC in Sri Lanka.
