You're reading this because you want to make one of the most courageous decisions of your life. I have been in the position you are in right now, and the decision I took to apply for the EB of this prestigious entity has been one of the best decisions I've made in my life.

The journey ain't going to be filled with a bed of roses. But believe me, the challenges you would face, the memories you would make, and the achievements you would gain from this experience will be remembered for a lifetime.

You will be working alongside strong individuals who also have a passion for leadership, who has the passion for creating an impact and a passion for achieving more. This passion would cost you sleepless nights and many more obstacles. But at the end of the day, nothing can stop passionate individuals from doing what they love doing.

Dear Candidate,

Congratulations on taking this first step towards applying to be part of the Executive Board of an entity as prestigious as AIESEC in USJ! I cannot emphasize how rewarding this experience has been personally and how it molded me into who I am today, which is a sentiment most EB members would resonate with.

AIESEC would always put forth in front of you one opportunity after the other, for you to challenge your boundaries and explore your capabilities otherwise not discovered. Applying for such a position is a decision you would never regret, a decision with a lot of potential for learning and growth.

If you believe yourself to be hardworking, passionate and dedicated but still doubting yourself, don't. I cannot assure you that it will be a smooth sailing experience, but it will all be worth it at the end of each day when you realize the value of the opportunity you’ve gotten to make such an impact on many aspects of your life.
