Assess the performance your entity in all areas during the past 5 years, from 2017 to 2022 based on the following:
Analyse the performance of all products in terms of Growth highlighting reasons as to the rise/drop.
Create a business model for an AIESEC entity considering the realities of the world right now.
Create a scenario where the entity majorly focuses on Engage with AIESEC programs, how will your entity contribute to this?
What is the current organizational culture of your entity, and what needs to be improved?
What is your ambition for your entity in relation to your LC in 3 years? How will your term of 23.24 contribute to this?
YOU & 4DX ( THE 4 DISCIPLINES OF EXECUTION)
1. Using the principles of 4Disciplines of Execution, Take us through the process of how you would bring the greatest impact in your entity by:
Focusing on a Wildly Important goal
Selecting the lead measures that would drive that goal
Creating a compelling scoreboard for the measures
Creating a cadence of accountability
While at every stage, of the process you should mention key learnings you have received from the book as you decide the output of each stage.
2. You should also use part two of the book to create your output that you will share using pdf.
3. You are also required to do a 5-minute video to elaborate how you used the 4 principles to come up with the key outputs. They include:

FOUR: Dramatizing a WIG Space in the video to help us visualize your understanding of the concepts
