Upward Bound - an opportunity for Freshman and Sophomores

What is Upward bound ?

We are a college and career readiness program based out of Anoka Ramsey Community College. We focus on supporting students whose parents/guardians haven't been to college and students who utilize free or reduced lunch. Upward Bound is currently using online platforms for all that we offer.

We do not have academic requirements to join. However, a student needs to see the value of education, wherever they might be on their academic journey.
