Side Ache Remedy

The method shown below was taught to me by another coach years ago. I do it anytime I get a side ache on a run, and it seems to work! But preventing a side ache before it starts is a combination of:

  • Not eating too close to your run (every gut is different-find out what your time frame is)

  • Correct hydration (fully hydrate during the day and stop gulping at least an hour before, sips for the hour leading up to a run)
